Refunds and Cancellation Policy

At CrumbleDoh, we strive to provide our customers with the finest quality Soft Gooey Cookies. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you may need to seek a refund or cancel your order. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options and obligations.

Refund Policy:

  • Our refund policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
  • We do not offer exchanges or returns. Only refunds are applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

  • In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us at info@crumbledoh.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Our dedicated team will review your request promptly.
  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate the refund process within the next 3 – 5 business days.

Order Cancellation:

  • You may request a cancellation or change to your order at any time before it is shipped.
  • Upon cancellation, a refund will be initiated to you. The refund can either be processed as a credit point in your account with us or returned to your original payment source.
